  Well they are nice lady's but I'm not very happy that my dogs groom went up 20 dollars because of matting. There is no reason why a 20 pound dog should be 70 dollars. I can get 2 of my dogs groomed for that at the other place. She had to wait 3 weeks for her to be groomed that isn't my fault because you guys at the groomer had a family emergency, since when is that the clients fault.
